Right from my visit to the first open inspection Josh was engaging and welcoming into the property. I requested a second visit which Josh organised quickly. He answered any questions I had and also followed up with the owner on specific information I requested. Josh was easy to communicate with and I felt honest and sincere in dealing with myself and the vendor of the property. Josh made the purchase for me easy and stress free.

Josh is a very professional agent who works very hard for the vendor. As the purchaser I hoped he would be less motivated to get the best price for his vendor, but he didn't give in until he got the price they wanted. While that was "annoying" for me, it's exactly what I would want my agent to do for me if I were selling. I respect his dedication to get the best for his vendor.
