Josh’s knowledge of the market was fantastic, his appraisal came in higher than we expected and the property sold for the higher end of our price range. He was fantastic to deal with and very responsive with communication. He kept us up to date throughout the whole selling journey and was quick to follow up on any questions we had.

I have had really nice experiences with the Boxton Real estate while securing this property especially Josh our real estate agent who is very professional, friendly and helpful and explains every bits and pieces and guided us through the entire process. More importantly, with short period of time their expertise was beneficial as they promptly answered all calls, emails and keep us updated with the new development. Thank you so much once again.
