Being our first home we were a little nervous about the whole selling procedure after meeting with Josh that all changed. He explained every little detail and was always availible and nothing was ever a drama. I was referred to Josh by a friend to help my family sell our unique family home in Stewart St. It was a difficult time for all of us, as it was a turning point with our elderly father downsizing to something he could manage. He required someone who was sensitive to his age and generation, and not going to take of advantage of an elderly person. We needed someone who was not looking for a quick buck, or insensitive to the emotional task of selling the home we all grew up in, someone who was able to communicate with all of us (5 children spread across the globe and my father). We were so lucky to be referred to Josh. For someone who is distrustful of realtors (myself), Josh is a standout and rare gem whom does not fit the stereotype. Throughout the 4 week process leading up to the auction, he met with my father once a week. He also communicated with all of the children via facebook to keep us updated every week. ALthough my father had the final decision (me and my brother also are his Power of attorney if needed) Josh kept us all in the loop and ensured all family members were happy with all decisions prior to auction day. Come auction day Josh showed his real talent and managed to sell our house way beyond what was expected. Josh really knows his stuff, and is really good at his job but also no brash rude salesman.
