Professional, confident and extremely productive!
Josh was always a pleasure to deal with. He does what he says he's going to do and was happy to accommodate our particular circumstances being from interstate, in the middle of a pandemic and at an already challenging time of year! Josh made the purchasing journey stress free. I believe he genuinely looks for the best outcome for both sellers and buyers.

He was exceptional in his professionalism and was not hard sell .
Josh knows his market, be it Wooloowin or Morningside. he knows what potential buyers to target. He is prompt in his replies giving due understanding that it may a while but always within a day for a reply phone call, and that includes Saturdays, Sundays or early evenings.
