Josh was a pleasure to deal with and exceeded my expectations as an agent.

Josh and his team at Ray White Carnegie were chosen for the sale of our unit. Months earlier, we contacted several agents, Josh from Ray White was one of many agents that we interviewed. Right from the start, we were impressed with their pitch, but what really impressed was Josh's persistence. He continued to politely keep in touch with us. We had a lot of repairs to do to get the property ready, and they took time. Josh, obviously always in the Carnegie area, cleverly kept an eye on the property, and congratulated us every time something was repaired or updated (many of these were visible from the street). Finally, we managed to get the property ready, and Josh and Ray White were front of mind. No other agency bothered to keep in touch, and Josh obviously had an excellent system in place, just to keep in touch without annoying us too much. Very organized. A lesson for all of us, simple persistence and professionalism. Once we began, it was clear that an great campaign was being put together. Excellent photos, snappy video, pertinent copy and all bases touched. The campaign was relatively easy for us and from a vendor's point of view less of a hassle than we expected. The best thing however, was that Josh eventually found a buyer's advocate that advised his client to buy before auction for a good price. This was the buyer Josh had in mind right from the start, but the campaign and the competition began the good price, but judicious negotiation, with an opposing good negotiator, brought about an even better price. Josh is connected, well mannered, and plays the long game. Great traits for a real estate agent! We have only got praise for the methodology, process and professionalism that Josh and the entire team at Ray White brought to the table for our sale. We achieved a very fair price at a difficult time in the market. Would not hesitate to recommend Ray White and Josh Hommelhoff.
