I'm reviewing to stop the notification. I basically didn't deal with josh except on the day off the auction. The other agent was awesome. Josh says OK. Incorrectly pointed to the wrong carpark during the auction. Seemed OK. But basically he was not around for any of the boring stuff.

The process of buying hunter street happened so quick that its hard to say he went above and beyond the role of his job. After the sale josh has been fantastic in helping us getting access to the property when needed and which has made the transition into our new house easier.

If you want results then look no further, Josh and Gerry were exceptional with their negotiation skills and got me well above the price after my property was passed in at auction. Although it was not the price I hoped for I got very close and got excellent settlements terms which I wanted. If it were not for them then my property would not have SOLD for the market condition was very quiet and I was adamant that I would not SELL if I did not get what I wanted.

Josh talked through several options with me, from subdividing and selling two portions of my property separately to selling as one. His ball park valuations agreed with what I had observed in the market. (He doesn’t try to win business by over quoting). Through his contacts and experience in the Carnegie market, he was able to introduce off the market buyers and negotiated patiently even whilst I was travelling in a different time zone. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
