When I viewed his profile I immediately felt assured he had the character to manage the task at hand. He proved himself to be exactly as described, and more. He has a thorough knowledge of Realty and the Townsville region, and was able to impart his knowledge in regard to the sale of my property. Through the challenges of the shock budget and interest rate rises, Josh never lost heart and ploughed ahead, always keeping a positive, winning attitude. He juggled with the viewers and buyers and deftly narrowed the offer's down to the genuine interested parties, then drove the deal home.
