Once I was ready to sell I began looking for agents. I invited a bunch of them in. I had a plan and wanted an agent to help me with it, but they were all the same. All I got was advice that suited them. Some of them were even pushy. I was just next in their sales pipeline. Yes people, like it or not in most cases you're just their next commission. So I invited Josh over to look at my place and what I got was someone who listened to my situation, understood what I was doing and started working on how he could best help. Also as a qualified builder he had a ton of knowledge relevant to the sale of my place and the purchase of my new place that other agents just don't have. That was really handy. Once I was ready to pull the trigger, he was right there with all the strategy and agency. He was right onto the marketing side of things and all the comparison work. He really understood where my place fit into the market in my area at that point in time and he tracked all the metrics which allowed us to shape our approach moving forward. I reckon my place was a harder one to sell. Well above the investor price range, which ruled out all the buyers agents beating down the door like they do. It was also a fair bit higher than the median house price in my area, so Josh had to target just the right kind of buyers. Target them he did. He used his skill, feedback and metrics and found the right buyers to bring through the house and after only a short period of time be found them and the deal was done. I can absolutely recommend Josh to anyone.
