Josh Mahoney

Josh helped us in every aspect of the sale of our home. Genuine, available for questions and walked us through the process. Thanks again

Josh was a fairly new agent when we first looked at the property back in December last year. He was knowledgeable and very helpful & prompt in finding out anything extra we wanted to know. Josh did a great job navigating the somewhat unusual circumstances surrounding the inspections and long settlement that the owners required. He kept in contact with us throughout the 8 month settlement period & updated us when necessary. I would definitely be more than happy to deal with Josh again any time.

After recently purchasing property through Josh we had no hesitation in having him be the one to sell our (old) property. He was extremely helpful in guiding us towards getting the best possible price we could & within a month, he did just that, we couldn’t have been happier with how quick & easy the whole process was & he even managed to lineup the settlement dates on both our old and new properties which made our lives so much easier. I 100% recommend Josh whether you are buying or selling.

Josh’s professionalism and dedication to my buying experience made the whole buying process stress free. Thanks again Josh for your service.

Working with Josh before, during and after the property sale was excellent. Josh had a great working knowledge of the sales in the area, a realistic view of the advantages and disadvantages of the property, and was excellent in handling the negotiations and sale of the property. His communication during the process was exemplary! I can't speak highly enough and am letting anyone that I'm talking to know of my extremely positive experience.

Josh was very helpful with any questions I had on a property. He was very open on the interest in a property, and informative of developments in a given area. I found every interaction with Josh to be pleasent, with him often having more to offer in our conversations. He was respectful when I was reserved, and offered continued support post sale.
