We were in a falling market and no, we did not get the price that we could have got 6 months ago. But, that boat sailed with the previous realtor and Josh got the job done and put in the effort to secure the best price we could, for the time we were in now. Josh did work hard, attentive and didn't let it slip working the prospective buyers much better than the last agent, and wished we had used him earlier.
