Josh was recommended to us when we were looking to sell our property and we were extremely pleased upon meeting with Josh for the first time. We felt at ease with Josh knowing that he had already done his 'homework' on the area, showing us recent listings, prices set and sales values achieved. Josh was up front about our options in selling our home and gave us his recommendation of what would suit our situation best. Josh likes to complete the 'full package' as far as presenting your home to maximise the market penetration. The arranging of the house, especially for presentation for the photos and open houses inspections, we didn't mind the de-clutering either after living in our home for an extended period. The advertising, (Sales Board, Photo's Web Listings, Newspaper etc) were all first class, nothing was an issue. The open houses were run by Josh and his team extremely well, always early to set up and full documentation made available for all persons visiting. After each inspection, Josh would provide an honest opinion as to how the inspections went and any interested parties. Finally the sale prior to auction was a welcome feeling and very well negotiated by Josh, maximising our return! Josh is the upmost professional in the Real Estate industry, putting everything on the table, openly and honestly and Josh does not inflate his market potential price of your property to secure a contract, something that was very important to us.
