Josh helped the reviewer sell this property

Working the marketplace

I contacted Josh as I was investigating the market for the purposes of building some townhouses. Josh brought a new perspective in regards to selling vs building and my particular circumstances. He suggested a strategy to test the market and I would choose a course of action based on results. It was a pleasure working with Josh in partnership to sell the property and as I was living in Brisbane instead of Newcastle Josh made the sale so much easier by looking after the little things such as cleaning and maintenance, service you normally do not get from an Agent. Excellent job Josh and a pleasure working with you!
