The marketing campaign was awesome and created a lot of interest in our house, we had over a hundred groups through! It did take longer to sell than we wanted but that was because of a building issue, it had nothing to do with Josh. He went above and beyond to reassure potential buyers and adjust the strategy to address feedback. Circumstances made this a challenging sale but his commitment never wavered.
