The marketing campaign was awesome and created a lot of interest in our house, we had over a hundred groups through! It did take longer to sell than we wanted but that was because of a building issue, it had nothing to do with Josh. He went above and beyond to reassure potential buyers and adjust the strategy to address feedback. Circumstances made this a challenging sale but his commitment never wavered. His experience and professionalism helped navigate some very challenging situations and conversations which I greatly appreciated. Josh and is wife Carrie work together as a team. Their communication is second to none, they're both highly professional and just lovely people to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
