Josh knew the market and advice was corret. He work extra hours and more on weekend to gain th. buyer. Continually negotiated to achieve above want we thought he would get from the msrket. He performed the twice after the first sale fell through. All this was done very quickly. We could not be happier and would recommend Josh to anyone.

Josh is one of those Real Estate Agents that it is a delight to invite into ones home. Although determined to make a successful sale of your property he understands the limits of pushy agents and does not cross the boundary. He is friendly and understanding of ones needs and cares for his clients welfare. He is trustworthy which is hard to find in the Real Estate Industry and very easy to deal with and listens with great intent to his customers concerns and goes out of his way to ensure the client is well looked after. I would recommend (as we have already done) to all our friends to handle the sale of their homes.
I would have no hesitation in using Josh again to sell one of our properties. My wife and I spoke with a number of agents before first asking Josh to sell one of our properties. We have now used him on two occasions. My wife and I are always keeping an eye out for our next investment and use Josh as a yard stick when dealing with other agents. In doing so, we regularly comment on how Josh would have done a much better job if he was the agent selling the property. Between my wife and I, we have purchased 4 properties and sold three in the last 10 years. We have viewed a large number of properties during this time and I can honestly say that none of the agents we have come into contact with have sold a property as well as Josh.
