Josh is an agent very well experienced for his years. Even though we are located Maroondah, and Josh is located in Whitehorse we wouldn't use any other agent, his knowledge in this area is just as spot on as it is in Whitehorse. Using an agent from a different zone enabled Josh to bring through buyers from the Whitehorse area that have a larger budget in their spend, than possibly just those from our local area. Now looking at other houses to buy, I have even found the difference in quality in how Josh deals with the buyers to how other agents do, who just ask for name, rank serial number etc. He obviously spends alot of time getting to know the details of everyone coming through the door, their circumstances for moving, budget etc, which then gave us as the vendors the most accurate and on the ball information throughout the sales campaign. I wouldn't know how other agents wold be able to given this feedback to their vendors when only basics of phone numbers etc are requested. Let alone the higher standard which is the marketing. also having looked at other agents and how they are marketing their properties for sale, quality of photography, the marketing which is offered through Josh far surpasses others that are out there. In conclusion he is the number one top agent, very down to earth, thought most importantly TRUTHFULL & HONEST.
