We recently sold a property through Josh was was a little unusual because it had a separately titled unit over the garage which made it a somewhat unique proposition to the market. Josh reviewed our place, told us what needed fixing to get the best result and he and his team helped to facilitate those fixes by leveraging their contacts. Josh was upfront with the buyers about the satellite unit to help ‘weed out’ buyers that it didn’t appeal to. We ran an auction campaign but we ended up exchanging contracts just 9 days from the first open home, and we were very happy with the price he was able to obtain for us. There were a lot of groups through the house but josh knew who to hone in on based on previous interactions with potential buyers. I couldn’t recommend josh and his team highly enough.
