Josh was outstanding in managing the sale of my investment property. Throughout the whole process he was open, honest and transparent in his approach and his market knowledge was clear and concise. When my initial discussion with Josh commenced the property was still tenanted, as the tenants had built a house and were waiting on their settlement.
