Josh was outstanding in managing the sale of my investment property. Throughout the whole process he was open, honest and transparent in his approach and his market knowledge was clear and concise. The appraisal of my property was consistent with the market at that time and for the property itself, not over-estimated in an attempt to win my listing as proposed by other agents. When my initial discussion with Josh commenced the property was still tenanted, as the tenants had built a house and were waiting on their settlement. I explained the scenario to Josh and that I did not want the tenants unnecessarily disrupted in their final weeks. Josh was respectful of this, introduced himself and worked with the tenants without inconveniencing them. Josh recommended a marketing package that respected the style of property being sold and that would appeal to the purchasers we were targeting. This advice paid off, as the property was sold within the first few weeks of being listed, which reduced the need and associated costs of additional marketing. Josh negotiated with the interested buyer and achieved a sale price that was higher than my expectations. If you are looking for an agent that is reliable and authentic and that will communicate with you so you don’t have to chase them, then I cannot recommend Josh any higher.
