Josh, Nikki, my wife and I had an excellent relationship from the get-go. Our apartment was a difficult one to sell, as it is a four-bedroom apartment with a large balcony and outdoor kitchen upstairs, totalling over 330 square metres. Due to COVID restrictions at the start of the campaign and a similar product on the market at the same time, plus constant bad luck where every open day saw rain, Josh and the Team never gave up and tried again and again to find the right tools to sell it. Once the New Year started and the other apartment sold at a significant loss, and with a new outstanding marketing campaign, Josh managed to get an offer within a week. We can not recommend Josh more. Always prepared to listen to his clients, phone calls and WhatsApp chats were used to communicate effectively during the pandemic.
