Truly Exceptional

When I decided to sell my investment unit I did not have any knowledge as to who to list it with. As I did not live in Brisbane I asked friends who did and was told "You can't go wrong with Josh Pagotto". I know now that was 100% correct. The way Josh handled the sale from start to finish was truly exceptional. He made me feel confident and at ease and I felt he was committed in getting the best sales result he could. I found him very pleasant and helpful and didn't mind whatever time I called him. Josh did receive an excellent result which was above my expectations. Six months later I decided to sell my second investment unit. I contacted Josh and once again he achieved and excellent outcome by selling my unit for the highest price ever achieved in the building. If I had another property to sell I would surely contact Josh Pagotto.

Above and beyond!

I can't thank Josh enough for the fantastic outcome we achieved. His knowledge and expertise of the current state of the market was outstanding and provided open and honest advice. As a first time seller, this was very comforting. He was with us every step of the way and kept us regularly in the loop with progress, even after hours. He went above and beyond our expectations - putting finishing touches on the styling of our property with plants from his own home to give it that homely feel. I have no doubt that if it wasn't for Josh, we wouldn't have gotten the result we did - he even set a new building record!
