It was very trying time to sell a house. Josh was in Sydney and we were away on holidays. COVID hit hard in Sydney and Josh was stuck there. He still arranged for another colleague to do the open inspection on the Saturday. He chased up the potential buyers on the Sunday after the open and by Monday Josh had sold it with a great result.
