When I was ready to commit to an agent Ryan was away on holidays so Josh was overseeing Ryans referals. After seeing Josh from our initial appointment I was extremy impressed with him and decided the he is the man to sell my home. Josh seemed unorganised, overloaded and distracted. Tried to please too many people all at once and at times didn’t quite succeed. With more experience and maturity over time he will improve.
