Market Knowledge Being a local, Josh is very in tune with the factors that are specifically affecting properties in Thornleigh. This was evident in the price setting , the prospective buyers that he bought through and even the local trades people with whom he could call on. Tenacity Josh made it very clear from the outset why he (personally) wanted to sell our house. He was incredibly focussed on achieving this outcome , so much so that he actually sold our house three times !!! When it came time for negotiation he talked up and talked up and talked up the price . He reads buyers very well and assesses exactly where he thinks their endpoint is. He is not impulsive but rather very measured in his approach. Tact Don’t let his youthful appearance (even with the beard) fool you, Josh has wisdom way beyond his years . It was a pleasure dealing with Josh and Edmond. They were both extremely helpful, informative, flexible and accommodating enabling me to view the property I have just bought out of usual working hours on two occasions. I was particularly impressed with both of them keeping in touch with me after I viewed another property which was out of my price range in the end but they both kept in touch informing me of other options more suitable for me and I haven't come across many who have done that.
