Josh did an excellent job of selling our house. He went over and above the call of duty. We had a tenant from hell to deal with whilst trying to sell. Josh waited hours to collect keys from the tenant one day. He often helped the tenants downstairs, who were being harassed by the tenant upstairs. Josh was patient, polite and a problem solver concerning our tenant issues. As for selling our house, he was gracious, honest, trustworthy, pleasant, friendly and hard working.
