Josh Sibly was an excellent agent who was there for us through the whole buying process. He was always contactable and no question was ever too much to answer. He helped us with things outside his job, because he was a kind person, such as referring us to a handyman. Also providing support with moving through Coronis’ homebuyers helpful contacts etc. From beginning to end Josh was a gentleman and a supportive person to buy a house from, and I can only speculate that selling a house with him would be equally as good an experience.

Josh managed the experience the best he could after what turned into an extremely difficult process. The morally corrupt vendor made the excitement of purchasing a constant nightmare. I respect that he was always professional in what would have been a difficult situation & don't envy his job when faced with such mentally unsound vendors. Whilst I did become frustrated with the process I understand that it was nothing to do with Josh & would recommend him because not just anyone could deal with nasty ruthless vendors, yet he still remained professional at all times & probably did more than he should of for them. At the end of the day I eventually got my property & am happy about that.

Josh is a Redcliffe local who both my partner and I liked since the first open home. He really sold me on the location and potential of the property.
