We had our house on the market for about 3 months, although we still had tenants in for 2 and a half of those months which at the best of times makes selling very difficult. Josh was always very responsive either on the phone or via email and he gave us a real market indication as to what the "REAL" market was doing not having us try and believe that we could get an extra $50K on our house or telling us to put it up for a lot lower than market value to get a "quick sale". Josh is very friendly, easy going and realistic. He listens to what you have to say and is very efficient in relaying messages across from potential buyers, not waiting a few days to let you know there was a "potential offer" or "interested parties".
