Josh went above and beyond our expectations, especially dealing with family members of different opinions and varied personalities. Josh was always professional and he achieved the agreed sale price. We would not have any hesitations recommending him
Although I never got to meet Josh due to location differences, Josh handled our sale with expertise. I would recommend Josh for quality service any time.
Josh was very available and always returned calls in a timely manner. He negotiated on our behalf and everything went smoothly.
We purchased a house through Josh at century 21 . Highly recommend going through him as we have brought houses before and always seem to end up with something wrong with the house, so this time purchasing - I was very thorough - always asking questions and getting things checked out - Josh was always willing to help and answered questions honestly and in a timely manner. Things that needed fixing - got fixed. He works well with both seller and purchaser! Highly recommended!
Great service, got us the price we were after. Couldn't recommend a guy more better than Josh.
Josh sold my house in record time! His down to earth but professional approach is why we selected him as our agent and he never let us down. Even when matters were difficult he was always professional and his communication made the whole process a breeze. If I was selling again I would not hesitate with any other agents!
Josh hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
