Josh is very knowledgeable in regards to the current market. My unit was listed on a Tuesday, had enquiries the first day and sold at the first open home on the Saturday after listing. Had no problems at all and couldn't have been happier.

Josh first impressed us at an open house we were looking at in Varsity, we were new to the market and had lived in our own home for 14 years at Miami, taking that enormous first step was very overwhelming and intimidating to us.
