Josh approached me having sold the property next door for a record price. I decided to give it a go and put my property on the market. Upon hearing that the property was to be sold my tenants gave 2 weeks notice and I became extremely nervous. However Josh reassured me that it would definitely sell and that he had buyers who had missed out next door. Sure enough he is a man of his word and the property sold after the first open, which was on Easter Saturday! Moreover he got $20K more than the one next door.
