Josh is great! He was always available to speak to me or call me back. He assisted me to secure my very first home by getting the vendor and me to both agree on a very reasonable price. On the day I signed the contract Josh was working up until 9:30 or 10pm on the Saturday and sent me the contract to sign. Josh is a hard worker and is friendly yet professional and built a great rapport with me. I will definitely use him in the future if I need to sell or even buy my next home.
