He was fully invested in getting us the absolute best possible result and engaged with us almost daily in the leadup to sale and then every couple of days after the sale until settlement. The support and service Josh provided to us was really exemplary, we do not live near our property so we really had full trust in him. He worked collaboratively not only with us, but also the handymen who were working on our home, and the Stylist when she came onboard. Josh went above and beyond with his customer service, as our jobs did not always allow us to communicate with him during the day we were able to touch base at the end of the day which was really helpful.
