This review is a bit delayed; but better later than not at all ! :) We met Joshua through the Ppty Manager; as the ppty was being rented via the same RE he was working at; He was very easy to deal with from beginning to the end; he lead us through the whole process as we had never sold a ppty before; we were unsure of what would happen and when. And so were very nervous etc....Nothing was to much trouble and he was always available to answer any questions or calm our nerves. Wow what a team! We bought and sold a property through Starr Partners Glenmore Park When it came to selling our home, our main priority when deciding on an agent was to find one with real integrity. After meeting Josh and Emma of Starr Partners, we were sure we had made the right decision. The agency put together a very precise, well-organised marketing plan, tailored to fit in with our specified timeline. Communication throughout all stages of the process, by all members of the team, was excellent. The sale itself could not have been any quicker or easier. Our house went onto the Starr Partners website on a Friday with the first open house scheduled for the following Saturday. Joshua updated us after the open house and on Saturday evening Emma advised us of a firm offer. As a result, contracts were exchanged the following Monday.
