Joshua was professional from Day One. He helped achieve our mission to sell my home which ended up being an unforeseen, extremely tough climate. We didn't hit the goal but not from lack of trying. He worked with potential buyers provided them with suggestions and options that would make my home possibly their home. He was creative in what I could do to improve options from what stayed in the house and what went, price changes and open home times. He was always respectful of me as the seller and my own preferences. I know his support team from the photographers, other sales staff and the administration team were also carried along by his high expectations. Thankfully his tenacity also boosted me at the right time too. Josh is a real estate force and not one for the feint-hearted. The results will come, if not, then it's not from any lack of effort on his part.
