Good communicator, excellent feed back, knows the market and fid a great job

We found Joshua to be a wonderful agent. He had been with us for many years from when we bought the house in Glenmore Park. We did not buy through him but he kept in touch as we were renovating. He would contact me every so often to see what stage we were up to. He organised for a market appraisal as the time was drawing near to sell. Because of his continued interest and genuine involvement in what we were doing, we decided to go with him as our agent when it came to selling. Josh is lovely. He wasnt a pushy agent who kept hounding me. Once he knew I was interested in the property he would ask if I would like a callback and on what days would be suitable as I was unsure about the bank loan but wanted to be kept up to date with the house. He would answer questions when I had them and some were really basic ones that most people would know but I was a bit overwhelmed at being a first home buyer.
