Josh is lovely. He wasnt a pushy agent who kept hounding me. Once he knew I was interested in the property he would ask if I would like a callback and on what days would be suitable as I was unsure about the bank loan but wanted to be kept up to date with the house. He would answer questions when I had them and some were really basic ones that most people would know but I was a bit overwhelmed at being a first home buyer.
