Living in NSW I entrusted Josh to select local tradesmen to give my Qld investment property an overhaul on a modest budget and maximise its market value. Josh’s communication was first rate and he tweaked the marketing campaign to keep it fresh. Ultimately the selling price was more than 10% higher than my initial target and significantly exceeded recent prices for similar properties in the same complex.
