Josh has been a very helpful agent. He knows a lot about the area and he knows a lot about the market. He assisted me with all the renovations, decorations and other things that I needed to do to make the unit more presentable. He helped me to make some of the decisions on the renovations, like what colour should the carpet be, what sort of blinds to put on, etc. I recommend Josh if you are selling a property in the eastern suburbs area
