Our experience with Joshua was extremely disappointing. He confidently stated that the settlement would be a quick process, but this information was completely misleading. What should have been a smooth process lasting a couple of weeks dragged on for several months, causing us immense stress and frustration. As an agent, he should have had the professional insight to know better, and we feel he deliberately misled us. We had just moved from Far North Queensland, and we were anxiously waiting for the settlement to go through. Instead of supporting us through this stressful time, Joshua's attitude changed dramatically when we needed to address a few moderations due to the property's deterioration. He became condescending and unhelpful. On the day we finally went to pick up the keys, Joshua was nonchalant and showed no empathy for the long, stressful wait we endured. His lack of professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, after the sale, he didn't even bother to pick up the signboard and would not answer our calls for several months. We would not recommend him.
