Sold my home using Ray White Rochedale. Has been one disaster after another. We signed up with a different agent initially however after he was removed from our listing without our knowledge and with no communication around why, we were assigned Joshua. Whilst Joshua is friendly his conduct is questionable. He lacks integrity and works to the benefit of buyer, not vendor. His communication throughout the whole process was limited. Avoid like the plague if you are looking at selling.
