Josh's communication style is straight shooter. He will correct any false beliefs or misconceptions to try to ensure a smooth sale process. He is honest about his role and his ability to obtain a suitable buyer. My house sale coincided with the commencement of the Iran war, creating some uncertainty in the market. He was flexible in adjusting the proposed open house/sale plan to better suit market changes. At all times he was clear that any choices or changes were steered by me. Josh is supported by a friendly helpful team with great attention to detail. A special mention to Katelyn who displayed tenacity in firstly, following up the lead, and then organising the details of marketing and the subsequent sale.
