Josh Lloyd worked in a professional manner and in a very prompt fashion. He showed empathy and compassion for what has been a very sensitive sale. The sale price wasn't quite what I wanted but we had to turn it around faster than what I initially expected, so I guess that is more of a reflection of the market than the Agent.

I knew straight away that his team were right for me, they listened, explained what was realistic in the current market, who my target buyers were and how they were going to market my property. During a difficult time in my life I had on and off wanted to sell a property . Josh was very tenacious and when it came time to sell I trusted him with our rental house . It was a seamless process and I highly recommend him for selling or buying a house which is such a big decision .
