We are unable to give any positive feedback on our experience with Josh and the harcourts team.

I would not recommend Josh or the Hardcourts team to anyone. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience with them. From lack of communications to late night and 6am text messages this made a stressful experience worse for us. We had to have Josh removed from the remainder of the sale after he gave us misleading information about the final inspection requirements. Once the contracts have exchanged he will do very little for you. He even made us feel like he favoured the buyer over us who had hired him in the first place. To Harcourts credit they replaced him with an equally disappointing agent (they seem to have a ready supply) Harcourts dismissed our complaints as nothing out of the ordinary dealings Luckily we had an amazing team from Lake Macquarie Conveyancing to took over the handover and made our lives as stress free as the agents should have..
