Josh started out great said all the right things and full of confidence and knows the market well. Once contracts exchanged things changed dramatically. From lack of communication to late night and 6am in the morning texts his actions just made a life changing transaction harder than it needed to be. We ended up having him removed from the remainder of the sale as it became too stressful to deal with him. The agent they sent to replace him for the final inspection was no better. He walked off without locking the house!! We complained about Joshua to company who dismissed all of our concerns saying he had done nothing wrong. We ended up asking our conveyancers to handle the keys and final handover. Absolutely terrible service from both Joshua and Harcourts as a company. I certainly won’t be calling them when I’m looking to buy again
