Joshua Milordis

We were very happy with Josh and found him to be trustworthy

Josh was an incredible agent his knowledge of the market and sales strategy was so professional and had our house sold in such a short time. Could bot be happier or recommend him highly enough. Thanks so much for all you did Josh

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Josh over the last few months. He is an outstanding agent and also a friendly, caring and compassionate person. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Our sale was quick and everything went to plan no hold ups ! Our agent Josh was great kept us informed all the way , would have no hesitation in recommending Josh to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell. A very keen young man who will go a long way in the real estate business .

Josh did an excellent job of getting us into our new house when we had tough sircumstances with seller and a dead line with our rental lease but he was able to smooth everything over and a good outcome to all.

Friendly, honest and genuine real estate agent! Really made our stressful situation a lot easier including selling our house in a difficult market in only cpl of months! Thank you
