The family wanted 3 agents to assess the property before selecting one agent to manage the sale. Josies evaluation of the properties value was in line with those from 2 other companies, so her market knowledge was equal to agents from the other companies. The selection of Josie centered around the personality which was viewed positively by the family. Items such as sale board, contracts and required documents were completed promptly and without delay.
