Josie and her team were fantastic in assisting me selling my house after traveling overseas. Originally, I used Josie to find suitable renters for the property then enlisted her and her team to list the property when circumstances meant I would be staying overseas long term. As I was not in a position to return home to asssit the sale process in person, Josie and her team coordinated all aspects of the listing from marketing campaign, house updates using trusted professionals, staging, coordinating legal requirements and all other aspects of the sale process. Josie and her team of professionals provided excellent communication and regular updates throughout the process. Nerves were high as the auction date in mid March, 2020 coincided with market uncertainty around the COVID19 pandemic and the very real possibility of open house inspections and auctions being banned. Despite this, the team ploughed ahead and conducted a successful auction achieving a price in line with the market price guide. Josie and team maintained their excellent work post sale and overall, went above and beyond to ensure a successful result in trying circumstances. For that reason, I would not hesitate to recommend and encourage anyone to engage Josie for any real estate needs.
