The sale of the family home was very emotional and obviously sentimental, however it needed to be done and both Josie and Joe were the right people. Josie and Abraham from Hocking Stuart Preston worked on the sale of my property. They were very patient and kept me well informed across the whole process. The inspection process, the sale process and the marketing/advertising process were all great. What I didn't enjoy was the signing contract process. I found the system to eSign didn't work on mobile or tablet devices and only worked on Google Chrome browsers. That was probably the only difficulty I had, other than that the end to end process was very good.
