Josie was warm and engaging, and interested in our back story as to why we were selling the house that had only been lived in by our family for over 70 years. We didn't want to make any improvements to put the house on the market and weren't keen on the stress of an auction. Josie suggested an off market sale as she had prospective buyers on her books. Josie had buyers through and negotiated a fair price within 2 weeks. We would highly recommend Josie and found her trustworthy, punctual and a good communicator.
