Dealing with Josie was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we did an inspection she was transparent and was accurate on predicted cost (no under quoting) and offers made. During our negotiation process, although not being able to reveal the other person's offer, she gave us accurate price ranges and avoided a blind bidding war. After going through horrible agencies throughout our whole house hunting process, it was nice to have an agent work for both the vendor and the buyer...something very rare in Melbourne.
