Max was a great communicator and very transparent throughout the whole process of buying a house (private sale). He always returned calls and was open and honest throughout all conversations in the negotiation and re-negotiation process. He acted on behalf of the sellers well, and was always listening, answering questions and acknowledging my perspective.
